We are a ITF Taekwon-Do Training Center located in Penang. We promote and impart the art of Taekwon-Do in a conducive and positive ways. Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art which is popular with people of both genders and of any age group. It is a fun exercise program for everyone. The Taekwon-Do training program will physically develop students' strength, flexibility, balance, body coordination as well as developing a positive mental attitude and character-building.
